在C:\下建立名为 notificationcenter 的文件夹并将对应架构文件夹下的内容复制到其中，导入注册表。如果遇到错误，就取得这两个注册表项的所有权限并将自己加入到完全控制中：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsRuntime\ActivatableClassId 和 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsRuntime\CLSID。最后运行 notification.exe。
