There seem to be some problems with this beta installing it
as a domain controller, however it installs fine in standalone
mode. If you want to run as a DC, use the earlier version
we released (Beta 1). Also, this version will only install from
DOS (winnt.exe), it will not upgrade or install from NT (does not
include winnt32.exe).
