Build 950 r-2 is the current build. Keep in mind that builds are updated around Thursday or Friday, so you will want to time your downloads with that in mind. 950 r-2 is in the \win95\retail directory now. To install a given retail version, you need to download all files (except for readme.txt) from the \win95\retail directory. You should put them in a directory (like c:\bin) on your hard drive, then unzip all of the .zip files. Once you've done this, you can run setup.exe. The .zip files other than retail01 and 02.zip are necessary for installing the build, but they are not password-protected, as are retail01 and 02.zip. Admin.zip is in the \win95 directory and is for network adminstrators.
