新的特性
- 一张新的壁纸。
- 资源管理器视图中在细节上动态了（尽管只是程序的一个活动图标）。
- 在控制面板中有一个下载管理器，但其不能显示并且使资源管理器崩溃。
- Avalon版的显示设置被换成了Windows XP风格的旧版显示设置，不过仍然可以通过注册表启用。
- 和3683一样，安装了媒体中心后，会在打开媒体中心时崩溃。
- 我的音乐文件夹的界面设计与3683和3718不同。
- 更新了Plex主题的外观。
- 引入任务栏居中功能。
- 此版本的DCE可以在显示属性中启用，并加入了关闭或最小化的窗口动画。
- 更新了Start Page，更完善。
