新功能与特色
- 在安装过程中，您可以选择保存系统文件以供以后卸载Windows 95，但是由于此设置默认保存，所以先前的版本需要选择是。
- 桌面上所有的测试版文本全部移除。
- Microsoft Exchange (Build 410.35)。
- 超级终端 (版本 599050)。
- 写字板的启动界面显示版本 3.2。
- 系统设置的文件系统设置定型。

这是一个升级版本，您需要一个合格的升级产品，不再可能在没有安装Windows 3.1或至少安装软盘的情况下继续安装。
