2017年12月29日在BetaArchive不完整泄露。OSR2.5核心组件usbupd2.exe及IE4主程序在warez组二次打包时丢失，根据剩余文件的时间戳，这一版本当为OSR 2.5 Beta。

Ok this is a rip of the PWA version of Win950C Beta 2.5. What is taken out? IE4 and all addons VDOLive Netmeeting 3 Versions of AOL Compuserve MSN install and other crap that wasn't needed. In the install, just press skip for files that were asked, they are for aol that I took out. There also seems to be files missing in the win95_08.cab, nothing i could do about that, it came from pwa like that. But just skip the files and it should still work. Other than that, I've tested and this rip works. You can use any ol' OEM S/N to install this, or just use

This is Microsoft's sad attempt to force OEM's to integrate
IE4 with their products shipping Windows 95. Basically it
looks like they slapped IE4 setup into the runonce key
during OSR2 setup (note the build is still 1111, the same
as OSR 2). The documentation I received SAYS they integrated
OSR 2.1 (USB, etc) into this as well as a few bug fixes
(winnuke fix maybe?) , but it looks more like they stuck the
OSR 2.1 stuff into a subdirectory on the CD and didn't bother
with integration. Bottom line is from what I can see, this
is OSR2 with ie4 with a couple small bugfixes. In fact, this
could very well be a final release as they did almost nothing
with the OS. MS plans on the final OSR 2.5 release first week
of December. Even odder, OEM's are required to start shipping
systems with 2.5 90 days after final. This puts it into about
the same timeframe as Win98's final release. I think they are
just rushing to get this out to back up the current legal
issues going on that revolve around IE4 integration into the OS.
