Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs（简称“WinFLP”）是专为瘦客户机和较老机型开发的操作系统。
Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs（简称WinFLP，Codename有Eiger, Mönch两个）是微软公司于2006年7月8日发表的精简客户端（Thin Client）版本Windows XP。微软开发这个精简客户端的目的，主要是协助企业把旧电脑过渡至可执行只适用于WinXP的新软件，例如：由香港政府推出的2001年版HKSCS支持。作为Win9x与WinXP的过渡系统，WinFLP可于比较旧的硬件上运行，但由于其核心仍然与Windows XP的SP2相同，所以所有适用于WinXP的软件，都可以在WinFLP上运行。
