综述
Windows NT 4.0（Codename“Shell Update Release”）是 Windows NT 3.51 的继任者，于 1996 年 7 月 29 日分发给 OEM 厂商。
Windows NT 4.0 使用 Windows 资源管理器而不是 Windows 程序管理器。
但是它不能与 Windows Codename "Cairo" 相提并论。Windows Codename “Cairo” 是一个独立的开发计划。
新功能与特色
